Beautiful location, traditional Japanese style, accommodating staff, spacious room, quiet onsen town.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location of this traditional Japanese Inn was pleasant, with beautiful surroundings and great hiking opportunities in the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the natural hot springs were a highlight. the tatami mats in the rooms were comfortable and the traditional style of the inn made for a unique experience.
The cleanliness of the facilities was subpar, with dusty and buggy rooms and rusty tap water. Some of the amenities, such as the family bath, were old, broken, and in need of repair.

The traditional Japanese style of the hotel was a unique experience. The onsen was a highlight, especially the private family bath. It was a fantastic way to relax after exploring the surrounding countryside. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering local travel tips.
The room was showing some signs of wear and tear. The sliding doors were a little sticky, and the walls could use some updating.

The natural hot springs were the highlight of my Easter vacation. the warm water was soothing and relaxing after a long day exploring the nearby attractions. the location of the hotel was also convenient, situated within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I appreciated the traditional Japanese atmosphere of the hotel which added to the cultural experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. the bedding had stains that were not properly cleaned and the room had a musty smell.
